Brand identity for Perspective House, a building (still in construction) in Rotterdam. In this new space people will live and participate in activities created to build social interaction.
The library is the central point of the building where neighbours can exchange. The typography of the logotype is directly inspired by the editorial universe from the covers of best sellers. The brand mark is coming from the vanishing points and the shape of an open book.
Each communal area including the library, the garden and the meditation room, are represented by oneiric illustrations portraying the different interactions that take place in each space.
